Looks mediocre, really – the slow mo action scenes I’m not fond of nor the overly solemn tone when the original cartoon had some humour to balance out the interwoven darkness in it.
Just cause TDK was serious, doesn’t mean every other blockbuster has to be! A bit of fun wouldn’t go amiss…

Some people say that the actors don’t look at all like their characters, but they do to me and many other awaiters. Shyamalan’s choices were good, and anybody who says that appearance is all that matters in casting actors, is a retarded bozo.
I have some reserve about this movie( M.Night directing this) but so far the C.G. looks good and the action as well.

If this doesn’t have Zuko’s anger and inner conflict, Sokka’s humor, or any of the random humor that was in Avatar, Aang’s innocence, and Katara’s motherly guidance… Or anything else that the other charaters like Toph, Suki, etc. brought to the show… I’m so gonna be pissed! I wasn’t impressed with alot of M. Night’s work, so he’d better not screw Avatar over! I will be there July 2nd, 2010 to find out if its good or not…!!
