Robert downey Jr. played a black guy and nobody called him a racist….
he even won an academy award for it…
Im disappointed with the cast…. Looks like it will be a great movie nonetheless

Hey, Youtube Check out the latest Video I Posted, and Let me know What You Think, Any Feedback is Appreciated
appa looks really cool
@100jokes but the characters was asian:P dont start with me i watch alot of movies and read up
i would prefer if the movie was animated. Just a thought
@critisiz Have you actually seen the cartoon you racist idiot? Their all asian, so it would be wrong if all the actors were white. Get your facts right before you start shouting your mouth off about something you know nothing about…..
THE BEST MOVIE OD THE YEAR SO FAR…well not really….u never know till u seee it
@benjijumpD because the cartoon isn’t ASIAN at the first place
@benjijumpD well dont you think that “a chinese kid will be kooler” is kinda being racist JUST because Aang in the Anime series is asian? as long as the person plays the part well it shouldnt matter. It’s about ability and talent, not looks…
I agree, would have been alot better if it were a chinese. tho, will still see it
as long as they stick to the cartoon it wont be a problem
this film must be good! and the special effects too!
@100jokes the cartoon was a chinese kid-.-* not a white kid anyways this water air fire thingy is better played by chinese
@EmiWK because the cartoon isn’t ASIAN at the first place
i think that the the kid is younger than aang but aang is a bit older. Also he is not funny as aang…
@Goosedel yea aang is much more better
@benjijumpD because the cartoon was like this
@GirlDroppedIntoEarth: but in the cartoon there was no mention to some type of nationality difference aside from the four nations. there was no indication that aang shouldve or even couldve been chinese. maybe if The Avatar was an anime it would make sense to have at least aang asian. but what most people look over is that The Avatar was a cartoon. not an anime. so its perfectly fine to cast him as an american actor like the rest of the cast.
@yoshicana7 : I agree, however they could have at least tried to stick with some accuracy in portraying the main characters. ..Aang just doesn’t feel the same as the one in the Anime; not to be a bigot about it, but it would be nicer to see him being played by a chinese kid -just to see some implication of similarity in the original story line of Avatar.
the effects are so nice xD
looks freakin’ awesome..
um…I think theres a little bit too much white in the cast….
what. the. hell. THEY’RE NOT EVEN ASIAN. what?!
