I watched this series when I was a kid and I never forgot this music, it was always on my mind, it’s so nostalgic to hear it again, beautiful music.
After about 20 years back I’ve got to listen this track coincidently.. Its always surrounding across my head.. superb music with natural instrument which can beat many of high tech sound tracks today.. weird the first anime i think i’ve ever ever seen and heard of is inuyasha i woke up really early and saw my older sis wathcing it she’s about 6-7 yrs older then me and i was 4 or 5 i’ve never heard of this until today
i used to watch it when i was about 4-5 yrs old.. honestly i cant recall the face of the characters or even the story (i was too young that time) but since my nickname was taken from this series, i knew i love this series SO MUCH when i was young. my family still remembers this.

one of my fave TV drama until now…I often cry when I was watch this drama…although I still a child at that time…
My mum told me she followed the whole Oshin drama when she was pregnant with me, & said sometimes my ways really reminds her of Oshin. I want to watch it, but it’s no where to be found! (Y_Y) Except for some cuts here & there, & it seems really interesting!
I USED TO watch this in Uzbekistan when I was like 8, it was dubbed in Uzbek, such a great memories

Back in the 1980’s, in Iran, people from 9 to 99 years old used to watch Oshin.

i used to watch oshin back in the early 90s as a child in Ghana. it was overwhelmingly popular. the themesong still brings me to tears
